Olivier Vinciguerra
CEO and Co-founder
Olivier has 25 years of experience in Finance, Fintech and Entrepreneurship.
He began his career in BNP Paribas working in corporate finance in France and Ivory Coast. Most of his career, Olivier was a sales leader for leading Fintech companies such as Finastra and Calypso, in New York and London.
He is the co-founder of Green RWA – a green finance quantitative research NGO
Olivier holds an MS from ENSAE Paris Tech majoring in Financial Markets.

Ouafa Ricaud
COO and Co-Founder
Ouafa has over 16 years of experience in Fintechs. She spent most of her career navigating different roles in Paris and New York across various functions and business lines in large fintechs. In her most recent role as Chief of Staff and Head of business operations for Product Platform and Technology at Finastra, Ouafa drove cross-functional initiatives focused on innovation and growth.
Ouafa graduated from Ecole Polytechnique, Paris, in 2004 and has a Master of Science in Economics and Applied Mathematics

Sebastien Amet
CTO and Co-Founder
Sébastien has 18 years of experience in investment banking. He has held many positions from developer to IT quant, IT consultant, product owner and product manager.
This technology enthusiast had a leading role in transforming Sophis legacy software into a modern cloud ready solution.
Sébastien holds an MS from ESPCI Paris|Tech majoring in physics.
